How it started
We built this
from the dugout.
On Deck started the way most good things in baseball start — with a dad standing at a fence in 95-degree heat, watching his kid grind through a third game of the day. Coolers full of bright-colored sports drinks. Half-empty water bottles. Cramps in the seventh.
He went looking for something built for what these kids actually do — heavy gear, long tournaments, no real recovery between games. He couldn't find it. Every option was made for runners, cyclists, or weekend warriors. Nothing was made for ballplayers.
